Babul Keyer, Currently 71 staff are recruited in different positions. Monthly payroll tax is paid to the government. The organization has bread-making machine shoe making machines & swing machine donated by individual donors, some of the feeding program beneficiaries are identified and trained to able to get their own income generation activities by making bread, cookies, and shoe & tailor to the communities. Washing machines is provided for income generation activities for some of the feeding program beneficiaries donated by diasporas The organization has received school premises from the government in Kality area recently ,which will be the second branch of babul keyer & exclusively used, for elderly care center, for training of computer, Arabic Language , Short courses for income generation like sewing machine, shoe making techniques & and other short term trainings based on the market demand. babul keyer has received 15,000 sq. Meter of land in Oromia region , Olon Komi city 50 KM away from Addis Ababa. We have prepared Detail plan with the budget for the construction of School & elderly care home. In addition construction of different facilities of income generation business is included in the plan to be used for sustainable income for the beneficiaries. |
